Lily Gonzalez

Lily joined Sperry as an Associate in 2024 and is part of the team advising LA Metro and SANDAG on key initiatives, including LA Metro’s zero-emission bus transition and regional sustainability efforts in Southern California. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Business and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.

Before joining Sperry, Lily worked at PwC on the Sustainability and ESG team, and later at JPMorgan Chase on the Global ESG team.
