We seek the optimal financing solutions for our clients’ unique infrastructure projects and review all options for funding sources, including municipal debt, private bank loans, equity, TIFIA loans, WIFIA loans, GARVEEs, INFRA grants, and other options which may not require borrowing such as grants or pay-as-you-go sources.
