Undergraduate Interns & Co-Ops

Sperry offers year-round experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students at our Sausalito office. Sperry co-ops and interns play a critical role as members of our team. Our program is designed with three objectives:

1. To engage bright, passionate students and provide them with hands-on experience and opportunities to learn about the work we do
2. To provide Sperry employees with the opportunity to teach and mentor the next generation of professionals, and
3. To build a pipeline of future talent for Sperry.
