Martha Vujovich has over 20 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, financial advisory and marketing services. At Sperry, Ms. Vujovich provides financial and investment advisory services to state and local transportation agencies, non-profit corporations and renewable energy companies.
Ms. Vujovich has developed several new capital financing programs for first time borrowers, negotiating letters of credit in support of new fixed or variable rate debt issues and overseeing the introduction of these new credits into the bond market. She has also worked with several renewable energy clients interested in capital financing utilizing traditional and innovative funding options in combination with federal and state grants and loan programs.
Ms. Vujovich served as the financial advisor to Community Fuels for the construction of its first biodiesel manufacturing plant, the Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts for the historic renovation of The Granada and the Walt Disney Family Foundation for the debt financing for the construction of the new Walt Disney Family Museum.
Prior to joining Sperry, she was responsible for structuring debt financings for housing finance agencies, 501(c)(3) corporations, and industrial development companies, the bidding and management of guaranteed investment contract portfolios for a large commercial bank and, as the Director of Marketing for a student loan secondary market was responsible for the acquisition of loan portfolios.
Ms. Vujovich previously was employed by Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co., New York and the California Higher Education Loan Authority, San Francisco before joining Sperry in 2007.
