His ability to collaborate effectively with technical and legal advisors, as well as diverse stakeholders, consistently helps clients bring their projects to successful completion.

Bryant’s notable achievements include advising Caltrans on the Presidio Parkway P3 project as part of the Sperry team and leading the firm’s advisory engagement with TxDOT and the general engineering consultant on the Grand Parkway System. Both projects were honored by the National Council of Public-Private Partnerships as Infrastructure Projects of the Year in 2016. Bryant also served a leading role in advising the Orange County Transportation Authority on its I-405 Improvement Project including advising on a series of transactions that saved over $500 million.

Prior to joining Sperry in 2011, Bryant worked as a public finance banker at UBS Securities and Stone & Youngberg, where he led over $25 billion in senior-managed transactions across transportation, water, education, healthcare, and structured finance sectors.
