Bryant Jenkins has over 12 years of experience in providing infrastructure advisory services to a host of public and private sector clients. Prior to joining Sperry Capital, Mr. Jenkins worked as a consultant for KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory practice focused on public-private partnership (“P3”) projects and as a public finance banker for UBS Securities and Stone & Youngberg.
While at KPMG, Mr. Jenkins worked on several advisory engagements including assisting the State of Michigan in the development of an Office for Public Private Partnerships and evaluating potential opportunities for P3s across all State departments, providing programmatic assistance to the Texas Department of Transportation in the process of screening toll roads for procurement as P3s, advising the Louisville and Southern Indiana Bridges Authority on the development of the Ohio River Bridges Project, and working with the New York City Water Board on potential utility projects.
As a public finance banker, Mr. Jenkins has provided transaction management, debt structuring, financial modeling, due diligence, and rating agency advice for general government facilities, K-12 schools, college and university buildings, health care systems, transportation agencies, water & sewer utilities, and public power issuers. Mr. Jenkins has significant experience in tax-exempt and taxable fixed income markets, having worked on over $17 billion of senior managed debt. Mr. Jenkins worked with issuers such as the State of California, State of Illinois, Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, King County, Washington, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Catholic Healthcare West, City of Oakland, California, San Diego MTDB, and the Sacramento County Regional Sanitation District.
Mr. Jenkins has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Stanford University.
